Her competencies encompass revenue cycle management, financial forecasting, human resources coordination, tax planning, and strategic operations planning.

Before transitioning into healthcare management, Bahar built a solid career foundation in accounting and auditing. She held positions as a staff auditor and accounting clerk, gaining hands-on experience in financial reporting, internal controls, vendor management, and audit procedures. This background informs her precise and analytical approach to financial management within clinical settings. Bahar holds degrees in Economics (Karadeniz Technical University) and Accounting (Berkeley College). Her expertise in both financial and clinical operations makes her a dynamic leader in the evolving landscape of healthcare administration.

Outside of her professional life, Bahar enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, cooking, and working on puzzle activities that reflect her attention to detail and love for connection and creativity.
